We enjoyed the Turtle Bay experience, from check-in (beach cottages were very nice, as were the amenities), to golf, to meals at Lei Leis and Roy’s. Golf at the Palmer course was a great experience; however, the Fazio golf course was more like a muni course (would recommend against it). The car and drivers were very good, informative, professional…can’t say enough.
The only minor hassle was getting through security at the NCL cruise port. Once in our Suite everything was perfect. The special VIP meals at Cagney’s for breakfast and lunch were a treat (instead of the busy buffet areas) …Butler and Concierge service was excellent and very helpful at times. Our Owners Suite 10502 was great with the hot tub on the balcony…larger than the other Suites and we enjoyed all the amenities…next time I would insist on the same room….it was great.
On Maui your car service was a highlight of our trip…. the car service on the other islands (Helen on Big Island needs to be noted) was excellent…but Fred on Maui was the best…. give him big kudos from us.
Golf was very good with the Plantation being an exceptional experience…. we enjoyed all the courses except for Fazio on Oahu (as I mentioned) …. not only were the courses in great shape, but the overall experience at the courses was top notch.
We will recommend you to our friends here in Desert Mountain…and hope to book something else again with you soon.
